The digital gift card will be shipped to the purchaser who will be responsible for forwarding it to the proper email or printing and gifting the card.

Should an email be returned due to inaccurate delivery information, Sharnelguy.com will contact the purchaser for a correct email address.

Sharnelguy.com reserves the right to refuse, cancel or hold for review gift cards and orders for suspected fraud, for cards mistakenly issued in an incorrect denomination, or for other violations of gift card policies.

If the gift card still hasn't arrived, it's likely due to one of the following reasons:

  • Spam filter blocked email or routed it to a bulk/spam folder

  • Recipient's firewall blocked the email

  • Email inbox exceeds size limit

  • Invalid email address

All purchases made with a gift card are FINAL SALE.

After entering your gift card during checkout, the balance will immediately be deducted from the order total. If your order total exceeds the amount on your gift card, you can pay the remainder with a credit or debit card, PayPal account, or additional gift card(s).

Gift cards don't expire or decrease in value if unused. Gift cards can't be returned or cancelled after purchase. 

Check your balance by calling 1-866-979-5111 Any remaining balance on the gift card after purchase can be used for future purchases. Balances can't be redeemed or exchanged for cash.

Gift cards can't be replaced if lost or stolen. Treat gift cards like cash.
