MADE TO ORDER
Most of our pieces are made to order, please allow 2-7 BUSINESS DAYS for processing BEFORE the item is shipped (we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays). PRE-ORDER
Items listed as 'PRE-ORDER' require a longer processing time and are shipped at a later date than usual. Shipping dates are stated in the product description and vary between items. Orders that include Pre-Order and non Pre-Order items will be shipped at the same time, unless other arrangements are made. Pre-Order purchases cannot be cancelled.

Our customer service office hours are Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m Pacific Standard Time. We're closed on Saturday, Sunday and Holidays. Any calls, emails or messages received outside of operating hours will receive a response the following business day.
SALE PRICE POLICY
The price shown on the website at the time of purchase is the final purchase price, no exceptions. If the price of an item has changed since you purchased that item(s), the new prices are not able to be transferred to any previous orders. We do not offer price adjustments. Also note that All Sale or Clearance Items, including items purchased using a Promo Code are FINAL SALE. No Returns or Exchanges.
PROMO CODES
On the checkout page, you may enter valid promo codes. Sharnel Guy promo codes are case sensitive so please be sure you are entering them correctly. After you have applied your promo code, please make sure you see the code applied to your order in the Order Review section before proceeding to checkout. Only one promotional code can be used per order. After an offer has expired, we are unable to honor the promotion on future orders. Additionally current promotions are unable to be applied to previous purchases. If you are exchanging items that you used a discount code on, we will apply the original code on the exchange order, but only for an equal number of items.
